David and Meagan Pugh
The Way performing arts co. is a God-given vision of co-creators David and Meagan Pugh, a husband and wife duo! Together, they have 30+ years of performance and teaching experience. They both began at fifteen performing in D.C. and Maryland.
The Way performing arts co. is a creative learning community for individuals seeking the Lord. We believe that the Lord has created the performing arts to glorify His love for those who may not see or experience acceptance and understanding in the world. We want to share Jesus with others through the gifts He has bestowed upon us.
About Us
In addition to her training in professional theater, Meagan has a master's degree in theater education. She loves Jesus, creativity, and learning. She has done everything from dance to production and teaching elementary to college students. Meagan specializes in drama, musicals, and technical direction. Both professionally and educationally, she has directed main-stage productions in Maryland. Her professional experience includes training and performance in New York. Her main goal is to be a vessel by putting the performing arts into the hands of Christ and letting Him lead individuals into His love.
David specializes in guitar, composition, and performance. Currently, he teaches music in South Bend, Indiana. In addition to a bachelor's degree in music performance, David has a master's degree in music education. David excels in classical guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass guitar. He is also an accomplished percussionist and proficient on many other stringed instruments. David looks forward to sharing his love for the gospel through music instruction and developing performance ensembles.
